Tong-yang is one of hubby's favorite restaurants. His main reason for going there is the fresh watercress, which he adds in mass quantities to his shabu-shabu. Aside from the shabu-shabu, they also have a wide selection for the grill, the thin beef slices being our most favorite.
Eating at Tong-yang is the only time that hubby actually "cooks" for me. I have proof below, see his utter concentration? :-)
Yeah, I keep coming back to Tong-yang just to witness the magnificent image above:-)
