Panash in Hong Kong

One of my meals with co-workers. Crab salad with vinaigrette dressing. The crab salad was placed on a bed of assorted lettuce leaves, with real crab meat, topped with arugula leaves. Really yummy, light, yet quite filling.

The Perrier with frozen cranberry juice (used as ice cubes) was really refreshing and I am totally copying this in one of my parties at home.

Panash is Located at 3rd Level, iSquire Mall, Tsim Sha Tsui (there's a Marks & Spencer store at the ground floor). To get there, Take the MTR and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Exit E. I will definitely come back to eat at Panash. The food is good and quite reasonable.
