Healthy Eating? Day one .....

Breakfast: Oatmeal and a glass of soymilk

Lunch: Tuna and brown rice


1:00 p.m ..... SOMEBODY PLEASE GIVE ME SOME BACON!

Bacon, why not? But always in moderation. I treat myself to bacon once a week. The rest of the week it's smoothie and granola for breakfast or a healthy omelet. Pero kanina I had 2 poached eggs. At least they weren't fried.
