Baliwag Lechon in Da Haus!

I was on my way home from work, I sent a text message to Hubby asking him if he's free to have dinner with me (he works nights). He also works close to where we live. So, on very rare occasions, Hubby can drive home for a quick dinner with me. He was unsure (as per usual) due to his meetings (as per usual).

Lo and behold, Hubby texted me fifteen minutes prior to his arrival that he would be coming home for dinner after all. My housekeeper made a mad scramble to the nearest Baliwag Lechon to buy chicken. There was no time to make a quick meal from whatever is in our pantry!

It was our first dinner alone together in more than a week.
