Coconut Macaroons
1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 Pack of Dessicated Coconut (200g)
Cupcake/macaroon liners
1. Pre heat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition.
4. Mix in the dessicated coconut and condensed milk.
5. Fill cupcake tins 3/4 of the way and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
