My galbijim came out delicious. I need to probably cook it in a pressure cooker next time, to speed up the cooking process and to make the beef extra tender.

I doubled the sauce recipe because I was not sure if it was enough to tenderize the meat on a stovetop. I would strongly suggest it if you are making this.
Those are the changes that I will use next time.
I think the leftover Galbijim would be excellent when shredded and added to fried rice.
