6 Dozen Chocolate Cupcakes!
I accomplished an amazing feat! I baked 6 dozen chocolate cupcakes with chocolate swiss meringue frosting in one afternoon. Whew! Talk about slaving over a hot oven.
The cupcakes were for a belated birthday present for Tita Socky and a belated birthday treat for hubby's friends at the office.

Needless to say, they were a hit with the office folks...with some interested in ordering. Although one is very loyally holding out for the blueberry cheesecake. =)
