I've never tried making pizza dough from scratch, I'm way to impatient to wait for the dough to rise :-) I even saw a recipe that refrigerates the dough overnight prior to tossing it. Yikes, Shakey's is a much faster alternative. He he he :-)

I'm sure a wood fired oven would cook better pizzas....provided there's enough sauce, cheese and toppings!Leicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08224619897243156341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5379170556054030946.post-55545223073762892512008-03-19T11:40:00.000+08:002008-03-19T11:40:00.000+08:00Rama and I had a pizza lunch last sunday. In a nearby park here, in the summer, they keep a wood-fired oven burning, so you can actually make your own pizza! Can't wait.Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07405488711826994282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5379170556054030946.post-51551748859968321322008-03-17T18:21:00.000+08:002008-03-17T18:21:00.000+08:00Classic case of mis-packaging.Classic case of mis-packaging.ericbauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09824185128647065051noreply@blogger.com
